This company is awesome! We were in an accident that involved needing our truck, trailer and boat towed. The UHP had 3 companies tow the equipment,so we got to experience 3 different tow companies these guys by far were the best. They took the time to listen and understand that we were in a very vulnerable position. Torrey in the office was exceptional. he worked with us and came up with a solution to help us out. I hope to never need to be towed again but if I do I will use these guys!!

Such rude people working at this place. Charged me for unnecessary expense fee. $120+ more than what they said initially. Then tried to charge me more for their terrible service. Don't use this towing company! Should've pushed my vehicle with my bare hands than to use this company.

Had them tow a semi for me great guys good price got quote they stuck to quote was timely

Charged me 215 dollars for basically a four mile tow and one day storage which was only a few hours of dropping my truck in their DIRT lot---really rude people also. I have never seen such a rip off. I had a car towed from the Salt Lake Airport to my house in Ogden from Jp's towing for just a little over a hundred. Hmmmmm--makes you think huh? That is about 40 miles more.

The people that worked here were so rude and treated me like dirt. The lady ignored everything I asked and if my door was unlocked, she would have made someone go through my car, and into my purse to grab my wallet in my towed car WITHOUT my permission while I was yelling down the hall telling him not to go through my car. She didn t even ask where my wallet was. She just told a guy to go get it. I have never been belittled like this in my life before. You work at a towing company, what makes you think you can walk over people?
