Provided by YP.comThis company also builds and sells trailers and dog kennels. That's their main business. I used this company to powdercoat car parts. I had them do an automotive frame for me in the past with minor issues. Their time estimate was off by a week back then because they had to transport the frame to Salt Lake City for a sandblaster. This time I took the parts to a local sandblaster to avoid that problem. Their time estimate was off again. When I returned on the day I was initially told my parts would be done the secretary was too busy to talk to me. I left and had to call the office to get an update on my parts. Then the secretary chastised me because one of the work days had been a holiday which meant that my parts weren't done. They also quoted me $100 for these parts but charged me $250. After they powdercoated my parts they left them outside. When I asked if the parts had been left outside in the rain the secretary said "Where am I supposed to put them?" My parts had leaves and dried mud on them when I picked them up. When I dropped them off I left the parts in their shop. My recommendation is to find a powdercoater with customer service skills and accurate estimates. The 1 star is justified by the finish applied by the powdercoater that couldn't even speak English. Luckily, there was an interpreter in the shop. Too bad the powdercoater can't run the office because he seems to be the only competent individual in this company.
