I wasn't sure they sold to the public, but learned they sell to everyone and still treated me with respect! I needed doors for my basement, I thought I knew what I needed being the Weekend Warrior I thought I was, but come to find out, I had no clue what I was talking about, similar to the guy on here with his post. But yet they walked me through my mistakes, my errors in the sizes and swings. Not only were they less expensive than the box stores, I also learned their moldings were dollars cheaper per foot. So I ended up getting doors, finish and hardware for my basement and couldn't be happier with the outcome of buying through Wheelwright Lumber! Locally owned and operated, Utah business and learned they donate and contribute to a lot of the community and thriving with just one store! I appreciate businesses like that as I am from San Francisco and we have none of that. I recommend Wheelwright Lumber to anyone, big or small!

I would not recommend purchasing doors from this company. Paid for a complete order of doors for a complete house, and had to return twice for mistakes they made on the company behalf. Then the 2nd time going in to show them of their mistake I was told there was nothing they can do. So I was stuck buying 6 doors that I did not need because they were at the wrong size. So the moral of this story is; Be careful because if they make mistakes you still pay for their mistakes no refund. You would figure after spending over several $1000 in material if the company made a mistake they would fix the mistake but yet instead you are just out of luck and out of money.
I recommend Home Depot.

Excellent to work with and they really care that they do a good job for you. The owner is very active in the community and is known for giving back. GREAT place!

I've only purchased from wheelwright twice, but both times were great experiences and their prices have always been much better than the other two big box retailers. The door I purchased was top quality and a great price. The insulation to do my garage was $200 cheaper than those other places....I'm happy!!
