I've been using this service for about 10 years now. Not sure what taxi company these 1 star reviewers have been calling but aside from a couple times a year when they rotate their drivers so they can spend time with their families... Christmas and thanksgiving, the wait time has been between 15 and 30 minutes. They always answer the phone and get me where I need to go. I will continue to use this cab co!

Probably the worst customer service I've ever come across on a driving service the first day they said it would be 45 minutes it took an hour and 38 minutes for them to pick me up the second day they told me it would be 30 minutes it took them 2 hours before they came and picked me up I called them again today ask them how long it would be she told me I really don't know I couldn't even guess k bye.. I own 3 businesses in oven that use can services this can services will never be used again by us.

Horrible service, spoke to one of them over the phone. Lady had the worst attitude, I don't know what ruined her day. But either way she was so unprofessional over the phone. Sadly this is the only cab service out here in ogden. Never will I convince any of my friends to take this cab service or will I.

The that picked us up was late and rude. Like we was inconvenienced. I would not recommend that taxi service.

Horrible service ...called to get a ride the rep said he would call his driver and call me back I waited 15 min and with no call back I called yet again it rang and rang ..finally with a attitude in hus foice said helli sternly and I said I need a ride he said he has no drivers and hung up this is ridiculous dont use this service they treat u very rude

I found this very bad service. I called them to ask to take a friend of mine home because he had too much to drink and could not drive. The rep said, what is his address, I said well he just moved there 2 weeks ago and is not sure but he can direct the driver how to get there. She said WE NEED A ADDRESS. She said can he even stand. I said of course he can. I said it only about 1 mile away but I have been drinking also so I can't drive him. She said well you are not going to pawn him off on us. Yeah great service. You want him to get in his car and drive? NICE.

Great service, fun, safe drivers!! Fast only had to wait 15 minutes!! I use them all the time and just love them!!
