I don't like to write reviews unless I have a truly incredible experience worth sharing. I don't believe to many people really like dealing with car salesmen. But my experience with Nathan and Bradlee was fantastic. I want them and Young Subaru to know how much I appreciate them being so sensitive to my situation. Thank You for making me feel so important and welcomed. I love my new Subie!

I purchased my car here through river he was amazing and made sure all of my needs were went and even went above and beyond to make sure my 5 year old was content through the process as well. Carried his car seat for me for test drives and gave him snacks and a drink and a little toy car to have. To a mom that’s a big deal. I was so happy. Now I’m here for my free service and the employees are very friendly and professional. Howard has been so great with explanation and making sure I was comfortable while waiting. Great customer service from both of these two. I will always be coming back due to these two.

Bought a 2005 WRX 2 years ago and had an incredible experience as a first time buyer with Justin Evrankaya and Brandon Walker. I have continued to take my car to them for service and each time I'm more impressed with their excellent staff. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle or need some TLC with your current car.

Terrible Dealership!! I drove almost 2 hrs to see them only for them not to hold up to there end of the deal. As soon as I got on the freeway I called them to talk about specifics. I asked if I was going to waste my time to drive 2 hrs for a very specific vehicle I was looking for. I spoke with Heston and told him what I was looking for and what I had as a trade in. I had been pre approved to make the transaction easier. As soon as I got there Heston passed me off to some new kid and I didnt speak or see him again! So then I had to re negotiate the deal with him. After the whole "let me talk with my manager" crap the floor manager said sorry we cant make this work. Well tell that before I drive 2 hrs. I told you everything a head of time. No they just wanted me in the door so they could make a deal! So I let and will never ever do business with them!
