I do not care for this store but I do shop in there occasionally. The prices are too steep and I find things that have hole, stains, etc. I see tank tops for $3.25 used that you can buy brand new at walmart for $3.00. There was a used Wedding dress in there that cost $150.00. Once I brought in a ton of great stuff for a donation. I looked around and found a pair of jeans that I liked. I was lacking a quarter, and the lady would not let me purchase them even though I had just donated a car full of great items.??? Customer service is not that good either. Just because something has the tag on it doesn't mean it is worth $20-$35 either!! The Salvation Army is supposed to be for people who are in need!

The clothes are always clean for the most part that people bring in to donate and in good shape. The only thing I find disappointing is that they use a staple gun to staple the price tags to the clothes and sometimes they put it right through the fabric which causes small rips and holes in the clothes when you try to remove them.It would be better if they stapled the tags through the tag or the collar where the fabric is a little more thicker. The woman that works at the store is very polite and friendly and always makes you feel welcomed to the store and she always remembers who her regular customers are and is always happy to see people at the store. Another issue I have is the prices of the clothing at the store. The merchandise is all second hand and has been donated, but the prices are a bit high there. I'm not sure who's idea it was to charge more for the brand name of the clothing, but that is what they do which I don't agree with because like I said, the clothing is donated!!
