Very rude telephone staff! It says alot when you change your mind about booking an appointment just from talking to them once on the phone! Bad-mannered, abrupt and flippant, not a good first impression and not a good way to bring in new clientele. To management: Some basic PR training a necessity here.

We had such a great experience with this Vet! We live in Ottawa, and took our 9 month old dog down to get neutered, because we had heard the vet services in the US were much more affordable! Town and Country were absolutely amazing- so caring and attentive to our dog Brixton, they took such great care of him, and really put my mind at ease! I was slightly concerned after reading such negative reviews online, but I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! It has been almost 2 weeks since Brixton's procedure, and he has healed like a dream! I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone at the Town & Country Vet Clinic! I would highly recommend them- the price of the procedure was unbeatable and the service they offer is fantastic!

When my dog was hit by a car last night the first clinic I called turned us away. Town and Country was my 3rd or 4th call and the only clinic willing to see a new patient after-hours on a Sunday night. Thank God for Dr Nicki! She saved our puppy when no one else would and the clinic is letting me make payments on the bill, even though it wasn't outrageous, they were very understanding when I told them I can't afford much. I will definitely be bringing my pets to them in the future.

I cannot recommend this vet clinic enough. After my cat was diagnosed with bladder stones at an Ottawa clinic, I shopped around for surgery prices. Town and Country quoted me 1/3 of the price that I was quoted in Ottawa for the same surgery and associated services. Ontario prices are ridiculous. I would have even saved money had I taken a limo down to Ogdensburg. The vet and staff at Town and Country were very friendly, knowledgeable and competent. I would recommend Town and Country vet clinic to any pet in need of surgery.

The staff were extremely friendly and the prices compared to Ottawa were incredible. I would highly recommend this clinic to any of my friends. My dog just returned from a dental surgery. Her teeth are super white and the cost was a quarter of what I would have paid in Ottawa. Check it out.

Fantastic prices compared to anywhere in Canada. Very friendly and great service. Would highly recommend to anyone. I travel from Ottawa just to go there.

Friendly people, great service, amazing prices. I bring my cat down from Ottawa every year for all of his shots. Saves us hundreds of dollars.
