Ureliable sevice!!! I'd give a zero star if possible. They constantly do not pick up trash on the scheduled trash pick ups, and NEVER answer their phone. Take your buisiness elswhere. I know I am.

I called them after I had messed up and they did not take what I wanted to throw away. I called them on Monday morning to resolve the issue and got a message. They returned my call a couple hours later and kindly explained why and said "we're good" when I had concerns that they would contine to pick up from my house. I found that really cool and as always their service has been very good. They just have rules they must follow and I will too.

Worst business ever!!!! Never answer the phone or reply to multiple messages. Promise a dumpster that STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED... BUT THEY SURE DIDN'T HESITATE TO SEND A BILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can't answer the phone but want my money!!! Wtf!! Stupid me... this want the first bad experience. I used they aproximitly 8 yeArs ago and they were terrible then. Obviously they do.nt care about their customes. How are they still in business!!!

Extremely poor service. Dumpster not emptied completely, horrible confusing billing. Stay away. You get what you pay for.

Horrible company! I contracted them in May 2013 for weekly dumpster service. They picked up regularly for three months (June, July & August), Then I received a bill from them stating that I was a month in arrears. I sent them copies of all the cancelled checks showing that they had been paid in full for their service, but I never heard back from them. I have a FULL DUMPSTER sitting at my house that has been there since SEPTEMBER! At the middle of September there was to be some bridge construction in the area that would cause them to go on a detour. I even wrote them a letter stating that they could lower their pick-ups to once per month during the detour (at the SAME RATE PER MONTH). The detour ended the first of November, but they have never come back! I have called and called and called (20 to 30 times at least) - they NEVER answer the phone and NEVER return my calls. Stay away from these people. I am now forced to go to the Magistrate to file against them. I want them to get the smelly dumpster out of my driveway and refund my payments for the three months they failed to pick up the garbage. Who does this and is still able to stay in business?!?!? Wish I could give them LESS than a 1 star rating!

TERRIBLE customer service. Expects you to pay for services even if they do not come and pick up your trash. Never answers phone and is rude when he does call back. I would rather pay someone more money to actually come do the job. Would rate with a 0 for stars, but can't
