This bank is the largest joke in the area. The Oil City's new branch manager refused to speak directly to me and continued to have me funneled through employees that(while professional) couldn't help me. They constantly have problems with their debit cards causing me more problems than I would ever want to handle. Pleas to speak to the board have gone unanswered by the CEO which apparently is somewhere else but also sucks at talking to the members(which you would think being a credit union WE THE PEOPLE SHOULD MATTER!) I will be closing my account immediately. I've talked to so many friends and locals with the same frustrations. THIS BANK BLOWS! Go to GALAXY!

I love this bank its the only bank I have ever stayed with for more than a year. Everyone is so nice I love all the girls their they are very helpful and wanna get to know you where else could you find that in a bank I would never trade my bank for any other bank!!!! they are also more than willing to help you out with anything you may need or wanna talk about the offer all kinds of other services to life, car, home, and renters insurance also they give you a free life policy. also you get tonz more perks with becoming a member.
