In 1995, Ojai Stitchworks was launched from the garage of a home in one of the loveliest areas in Southern California - Ojai. One year later, when there were more boxes and machines than "home" could handle the company moved to a local business park. The owners of Ojai Stitchworks, Russ and Joyce Vivian, came to Ojai after years of corporate life in New Jersey and California. Joyce was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a national plastics manufacturer and Russ was a Human Resources Executive when they decided it was time to try their hands at owning a business. The embroidery and promotional products business seemed intriguing - so why not give it a try." Ojai Stitchworks has grown into a successful vibrant business serving the needs of businesses across the country. We have doubled our manufacturing space and have added several capabilities including: embossing, screenprinting, and promotional items. Today, there are over 10 individuals eager to take care of our customers' needs. The key to our success has been a tremendous growth in customers of all shapes and sizes - from a local motorcycle shop to major Hollywood studios and pharmaceutical companies. Why has our customer base grown so quickly? One reason - because we are adamant, some have even accused us of being obsessed, about quality and customer service.
