I've purchased a variety of items from Promise Land Tannery, ranging from deer skulls to a gorgeous necklace that I wore for my wedding, and all transactions have been perfect.

I have been purchasing from PLT off and on since about 2009-2010. Everything is top notch and amazing! I always know I can get what I need, be it horn, bone, antler or fur!

Ordered a pair of custom heterochromic sheep eyes via etsy last year, Shelby was quick to respond to my inquiries via PM and shipped immediately.

Ordered a dry tanned mountain lion pelt via Facebook sales page. Took a while to get the paypal invoice but Shelby kept in fairly good contact and once paid for the item shipped immediately!

Shelby has been nothing but professional and friendly and provided very good service. I can shop and scroll through her Etsy page for hours! I will absolutely do business with her again. 5/5 stars.

Will Never shop at this company again. I placed an order was told it would arrive at the end of th week. Fast forward 2 weeks later nothing arrived. I called in was given so much attitude and told to wait another two weeks for their leather to arrive from China, 2 days for them to cut 10 yards of lace, then 3-5 days to arrive. I will never place another order here again. Spend your money on another company thats reliable and honest. Promise Land Tannery is a joke!

HORRIBLE customer service! They are so rude. I spoke to Shelly to inquire about their pricing and she had such an attitude and kept says "...yea!" and was just a terrible person to speak to! When I was done asking questions I was like okay thank you for your help and she said "...yea.." and then hung up!!! So rude would not recommend this company at all!
