I've never done business with a more unprofessional company as this one. Our ac unit stopped working a few weekends ago, so we contacted this company. I spoke w/the owner whilo told me his technician would be here within the few hours. After three hours we contacted him again. He said his technician would be here within the next half hour. Another hour passed & we again contacted him, only this time our calls went to voicemail & he didn't respond to our texts. After being given the runaround for 5 hours, we contacted Quality AC. They had a technician here & our unit repaired in less than an hour. As a small business owner myself, I know the best advertisement is a satisfied customer. I also know that an unhappy, dissatisfied customer can have a negative impact on your business, which can ultimately be very damaging to your reputation....something these small business owners, such as CRS, should keep in mind before they treat a customer w/such a lack of professionalism & disrespect.
