RUN, Don't walk, RUN away from doing business with anyone associated with this business or Under the Sun Distributors.

My 15 yr warranty cover did not have any of the features as advertised and had holes tore in three places. Never could find any customer service contact. Jim S..

I ordered the Swim and Play Deluxe 8000 for about $1000.00.I also ordered the liner and the skimmer for a total order of about $1300.00.



I received a package on 10/2/15. The pool walls was not in the package. I tried to submit a complaint, but the invoice number does not work! You cannot get a hold of customer service. I had to rely on e-mails to try to get this resolved.



I replied to the e-mail which was received that the package was in route to my house. Discount pool kit is refusing to send the walls stating that they were sent and that I received. Their information is based on me signing the delivery receipt. I did not sign that all packages were received.



I only signed that I received a package. Entire shipment was shrinked wrapped in red plastic. Discount Pool is saying that the delivery person specifically delivered the walls. The delivery person could not see what was under the red plastic!



I have been battling this issue for 2 weeks, and they still refuse to send the walls. They want an additional $700.00 for the pool walls.



DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! This is a fraud company.

Buyer beware did not do business with this company. Charge card way before shipping and will not refund when you return wrong items. No customer service contact and very deceptive actions. Avoid

Ordered an above ground pool. They sent the wrong one to me. Easy enough to fix, right? Not the case. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of. Had to submit ticket online. Then no one responds to ticket. Meanwhile the summer has started, permits are pulled, and my yard is torn apart. Had to dispute charge with bank. Would rate less than 1 star if possible. I can't believe they are in business.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. Ordered Vacuum, didnt work tried to return. They have you call a customer service number, wait on hold 30 min disconnect. It is impossible to speak to anyone unless you are ordering. Tried to get manager, they transferred me to the hold and disconnect line. They have a F from the BBB. Worst mistake not researching company. They use a distributor named under the sun, they wont help or even talk to you unless you are a distributor. NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

damaged incorrect product

Don't ever use this company. NO customer service, no response. I followed their policy for returns when it was their mistake and no response from them. No response to BBB complaint. I was sent a pool with two different walls and one was even damaged!!! They wouldn't even respond to my credit card company! NEVER EVER USE!!!

Warning: Do not use this company. I received merchandise from this company that was not only damaged but the damage was covered up. The only thing I got from them was the run around. I would NEVER recommend them

Read these reviews and asked the company if they had any positive reviews. They directed me to their website which only shows the survery results of asking customers questions about the ease of ordering. There is not one single review of a customer who actually had received any product. What a joke! As someone else stated, they are rude. And I am so hesitant of ending up with a 25% restocking fee, or worse, that I cancelled my order. I would never purchase from them.

I would never shopInternet Pool Group again! Since I have to pick a star rating, or this review would not go through. But if I had it my way, they would not get one start from me! They took a 25% restocking fee from our refund. They would not even budget on that. We were going to purchase the correct one but we would still have to pay the restocking fee. Never again will I use this company and will definitely check on the refund policy.

Product arrived in damaged in substandard packaging. Customer service nonexistent. Rudest people I have ever attempted to deal with. CS reps hang up on you. Order shipped incomplete without notice. Avoid this company.

If i could give them a zero i would. I bought a pool liner from them that arrived with six little holes in it. They said it was a manufacturers problem and there was nothing they could do about it even though I bought the item from their internet store. I contacted the manufacturer and they said I didnt happen at their facility. So i'm stuck with a pool liner with holes in it. This is a warning not to by from Internet Pool Group or National Pool Wholesalers.
