Went in for an oil change, when I got my car back, it had greasy, dirty foot prints all over the carpet. I reached to close the door (already in disgust) and found the door had grease prints all over the door handle (cloth lined)

When I went to the owner, Brian Benson to complain he offered only to 'vacuum' the car out. I told him I wasnt interested in a quick vacuum job, or even a refund. All I wanted was for him to address 1 issue -- His employees lack of respect for other people's property. During the conversation I informed the owner that I would not likely do business with his store again. His response..."That sounds like a good idea."

A simple apology would of appeased my frusteration. a show of concern for my issue would of eased my irritation. Instead I only get a response with attitude "That sounds like a good idea."

THEY HAVE NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THE PROPERTY OF OTHERS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PROVIDING BUSINESS TO THIS STORE.

These people are always so nice and helpful. I have been in the store many times, mostly to buy ac filters and there hasn't been one time I have not been asked if I needed help finding anything. They have great customer service. My car battery died at Homeland(in the same shopping center) I walked over and asked for help. The manager (or maybe owner that is always there) walked over with a jump box and jumped my car FOR FREE! And then tested my altenator FOR FREE! Good luck finding better customer service than this store gives.
