The Lansing "there's absolutely nothing URGENT happening here" Clinic --



Hah ... Been waiting to write this review -- arrived 2 minutes before 9 am to see woman and 2 young girls standing outside of locked entry door with lit up "open"sign....t that was our first clue



Gotinside, now 4th in line (2young girls, a guy, then us)..... Receptionist very slowly taking each pt one at a time.... Between then and 9:20 am, ZERO patients have yet to be taken out of the waiting room to start appointments, two others have come in, then left without service when see nothing is happening,.......oh, and the employees in the back are enjoying their coffee and laughing and joking with each other..... You can here it all, as receptionist slowly does whatever it is she was doing (taking patients out of front waiting room was NOT what she was doing.



NO urgency about anything. Not sure how they came up with that name? By 9:25, the first patient (only) was FINALLY being taken ta a room. We called family dr office from the waiting room, got an afternoon appt and left.



MY GUESS , even with afternoonnappt, we were served faster than would have been there.
