This company is a must hire. Dependable, on-time and trust-worthy. And I'm most impressed by the routine donation of their time and machinery to the community (Okemos Public Schools, Meridian Township and Eagle Scout projects for BSA Troop 109 - just to name a few).

Brian is the most efficient, hardworking, reliable person I have met. Michigan Demolition did a fantastic job removing a large amount of tree stumps for us and they took care of our neighbors concrete driveway. We highly recommend them!

I hired Mich Demolition and Excavation to grind 2 stump remnants and prepare my FRONT lawn for new grass seed on 8/31/11. I needed some fill to bring level up to good grade. Brian (the owner) quoted me $100 per 25 yrds of clean fill. He also said that the grading was included in price no extra charge! The owner himself did the grading and bobcat work. Brian admitted that he can't get topsoil that good anywhere so he skimmed at least 12" topsoil(sod farm muck)from my front lawn He then brought in 5 trucks of fill and graded. After it rained I seen my lawn transformed into a disaster! 8ft sink holes everywhere.Huge areas of fill dirt ABOVE grade w less than 1" of topsoil. It was an illusion!!! Since he refused to fix his botched job I am forced to hire diff company to completely start over Including buy min 60 yrd topsoil On his bill. fill was actually 17 yrd for $100. 45% difference! Bait & switch! Plus he charged me to finish grind same stump as he was paid to do 2 yr ago
