I was very pleased with my service here. When there was a problem with the muffler the next day, they took it back in and fixed it free of charge. The overall price was something I could afford around Christmas

I am so dispointed in this place !!! they wanted to charge me 1300.00 bucks I knew they were lying so I took to another place they quoted me 149.00 to fix the muffler . midas tried to tell me the whole muffler system needed repair . I told them It only a pipe not the whole system . sure enough the other muffler place said it was only the pipe and only charged 149.00 . I began to noticed every one who came in there getting a oil change they all said they had something major wrong with there car . I had been there twice and noticed it every time . it scam ! they should be ashamed of them self .

This Midas is open under new management, and they are working hard to build a following. I took my car in for an exhaust repair and they were personable, friendly, knowledgeable and their estimate was actually higher than the final charges! While I was there, the manager sent a staff member out for brake rotors for another customer and he drove all over Lansing until he found the correct part. The extra effort definitely shows in both the quality of the work and the quality of the experience.

Herd its under new mgmt. starting this week! The new manager is amazing and I feel this store will be up and running in no time.

If possible I would strongly suggest not taking you car to be repaired here. I took my car to repair the fuel lines that at the time were not leaking fuel. 1 day after It was "repaired" it was gushing out fuel and the engine light that was on before was on. You have been warned.

If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. My engine check light was not on before I brought my car in and it was on after I got it out. Slow turn around time. Avoid you'll be glad you did and sorry if you didn't.
