Our salesperson did a wonderful job. We thought the quality of the furniture was very nice also our delivery men did a great job!

Store and sales personnel were very helpful & polite. Delivery was on time and personnel was very courteous & helpful.

Very pleasant experience delivery personnel were exceptional regarding wait time, attitude and care of floor and other furniture and surroundings in the room.

First, let me tell you how pleased and delighted I am. I have been working with Tamar. He was very professional, helpful, and thorough. The quality of furniture meets my expectations. I have had three major purchases in the last 10 years and will be making another one shortly. Another compliment to Tim and Tyler. They were on time, gracious and professional.

I love this place. There was no pressure to purchase a more luxurious mattress and there are many than what I described I wanted. Specifically went there for a Restonic mattress. Very happy with previous service & purchases. Will most definitely return!

Tamar was very helpful store quality is far beyond normal overall we are very happy with our experience and will certainly return for additional pieces. This is the 2nd time I have bought furniture at Pilgrim House for a consumer in a group home. The sales people were extremely helpful and friendly. The 2nd time in the store the salesman “ Lorna” carried a foot stool from floor to floor to match the bed room out to it. The delivery people knew what they were doing brought everything set it up so all we had to do was make the bed. They were a pleasure to have in the home. They wasted no time getting their job done. I will certainly use pilgrim house again when we need to replace furniture.

We had great service when we purchased our furniture. We weren't ready for it to be delivered, so we were able to have it stored until we were ready for delivery. The delivery was prompt within 1/5 hour from the first time given in the two hour window. The delivery men were very accommodating and courteous.

Great shopping experience. Our salesperson, Bernie, was friendly and very helpful. We were hoping to get the furniture in time for a baby shower and he checked with the company a couple of times to see if we were on track for that. Delivery was great -- friendly guys! Love the "night before call" with a two hour delivery window.
