My daughter broke my glasses so I had to find somewhere new to get an exam (I was over due for it) and some new frames. The exam was super quick and the lady optometrist, I'm not sure her name, was extremely nice. When picking out my frames I wasn't satisfied with how they looked on me, but the gentleman who was helping me kept going in the back and coming out with new options that fit my needs until I found what was close to what I wanted! They came in quickly and I'm picking them up today!!

Stopped in because my glasses were broken. It was my first time using this store, but they did it for free no questions asked. Great service and extremely friendly.

I was visiting my son at MSU and lost a screw that held my eyeglass lens in. The thought of driving home with one lens would have been problematic. I saw your sign and stopped in to see if there was anything you could do to help. I'm not a customer, just a person passing through. The receptionist took my glasses in immediately and repaired them inside of 3 minutes. When I asked what I owed the answer was nothing! This person knew that I was just passing through and couldn't have been more helpful. I think this alone speaks volumes about your business!
