Provided by YP.comHe was my court appointed lawyer in the custody battle with my son! He was in the room when my social worker brought me papers saying that if I did not sign over my rights they were taking them anyways and I would not be able to have children again. He told me 6 months before this I may as well sign over my rights. Toby White works with CPS he does not work for the loving parent. I fought for my son for 1 1/2 years to two years. He took their side through it all. Treated me like crap and did not fight for me at all. A sorry excuse for a lawyer if you ask me. I was crying the whole time I felt backed into a corner that last day in court. I was young and uneducated but if Toby would have did his JOB I would not be here today writing this review! He was defective counsel and I do not recommend him for any case!
