I've been dealing with this company for about 2 years as a mail company. They were recommended to me by my urologist; I talked to them by phone; they asked my current address, etc.; I told them my stats (address, city, state, etc.), and how often I catheterized myself, sent me a months worth of catheters and lubricant. Every month they call me and ask whether I am ready for a new month's supply, ship it to me. This happens every month. I have had no problem with them; they are prompt, never leaving me short of supplies, and are friendly on the rare occasion I have had reason to call them. I would not hesitate to use them again; I still use them regularly.
