Very satisfied. I order a fairly expensive door and came up to pickup 10 minutes before closing on Friday. I had made a mistake in the order (meant to order a flush door not a slab). The guys in the shop stayed late and remade my order to fix MY mistake right then without charge. Great service!

I’d like to start off by saying the item quality of the doors we purchased were very good.

Although the hole for the $325 dog door wasn’t square with the bottom and the installer left silicone sealer all over the top of the glass frame on one side of the French doors, the problems with Agnew Door were primarily service related.

Long story short. This company doesn’t care about you at all. It’s taken 5 visits from Agnew Door to finally get the items we specified and paid for. They’ve screwed up scheduling, cut the doors wrong and brought doors out without blinds installed. When they showed up the 4th time to install the blinds, the glass wasn’t low E. They didn’t pay any attention to detail at any point in the process.

This whole process took almost 3 months!

I can’t recommend this company to anyone and we’ll never use Agnew Door again!!! You can’t trust them!!!

Would really like to see photos of replacement windows , and some details about them.

Not impressed! Just purchased an interior door. Told him the dimensions and he had it in stock. Paid for door, as he was leaving to pull it I asked him if he was pulling a right or left and he informed me it was a plain door. Told him that it was of no use to me and he went and pulled it anyway with no offer of a refund. Asked for the nearest dumpster. Waste of money.

i just walk in to see a new door and asking about the prize, they really taking care of me real good. i'm really satiesfied with the service.

I have used them for several commercial jobs in OK and they have been great to work with. They are always willing to do their best to accomodate our tight schedule, and almost everything has always been right. We had 1 minor issue that they fixed right away, other than that we haven't had one problem with them.
