I had my F150 done , very professional and they do not offer shuttle service , but they help me out because my wife was in the hospital . Would recommend HIGHLY !!

they keep changing price , don,t trust the price you get on the phone from them , make sure stay away , there is a lots of available glass company in oklahoma city , they are fast , reliable , and guaranty lower price

First, ANY service business SHOULD be over run with work so TIME will be something that can vary from hour to hour.

I made an appointment in the morning for that afternoon, showed up on time, two others were already waiting, shop was busy, but mine was brought in at the first opportunity, mine was just a windshield and it was done in about an hour. They transferred my parking decals and toll tag perfectly and installation was as good as I could have asked.

Since mine was paid by insurance I only had to pay my deductible so the price was never an issue, but what I got was worth whatever I would have paid.

Staff was as courteous as I could have asked, work was as good as I could have asked.

Great "prices" and excellent customer service! I highly recommend and will return if needed.

Very easy to get in and got seen in a timely manner. Advocated for customers windows with other businesses.

Car damaged and they aren't fixing it! You get what you pay for and in this case I got a scratched up hood and Auto Glass Now claims that they didn't do it so they aren't fixing it. This was at the Blackwelder location on May 1, 2015. They don't call you back if you have any issues and just hope you will go away. Pay a little more and go somewhere else because these people are as non-professional as it comes.

The team at Auto Glass Now are flexible and willing to work with you, and they have great prices on services. There was some confusion on scheduling for me. I hope in the future they'll improve communication on this end.

My husband and I brought our car in for a new windshield. They did a fine job and actually matched a lower price quote that we'd gotten from another company. We were very frustrated, however, with the amount of time it took them to finish the job. When we dropped the car off, they told us it would be ready in an hour, possibly hour and a half. After two hours of running errands, we went back to check on it. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED. When we pulled into the place, we saw one of the technicians taking a different car back into the area to start working on it... a car that definitely hadn't been there when we dropped ours off previously. They had the nerve to tell us that ours would be next and the reason for the delay was that there were other cars that had gotten there before us that had to be finished. Again, we were told to wait an hour or an hour and a half for it to be finished. Nearly two and a half hours later, we finally got the call to come pick it up. This makes for a total of at least 4 hours from when we dropped it off... A word of the wise- if you are going to use this company, don't leave your car there and expect it to be done within the time frame they give you. It appears that they put you on the "back burner" and give priority to others who stay to wait. We will be taking our business elsewhere next time...

They were upfront on the wait time and were friendly from the time I walked in the door.

I had a 3pm appointment today and had to wait for 2.5 hours until a replacement windshield was delivered! I will not be back or recommend them!!

My windshield broke and so was I, but auto glass now got my cracked windshield replaced In just over an hour on short notice and vest part...... did it for a hundred dollars cheaper then any where else I found

they were able to replace my windshield within an hour and even replaced one of my windshield wipers because they noticed it was torn. Thank you so much!

We had a windshield replaced in Jan. In July the seal around the windshield came loose. The windshield cracked from the vibration. They wouldn't stand behind their product or workmanship. We won't be back!

I had my window replaced at the Oklahoma city, Oklahoma location on January 2, 2014. The window was replaced, however when installing the window a clip was broken so I am not able to open my car from the inside. At first AutoGlass was hesitated to fix my car door but finally they agreed to once "they find the part". It is now January 20, 2014. 18 days Later I have not heard back from them and I am still unable to open my car door.

I made a appointment for 10 am dropped my car off at 9:30 was told it would be finished at noon...around 1 the ride BI$!" At the desk informs me it won't be done till 3 now here I am at 4 sitting in they're office still waiting on my car.... NEVER use this place

Horrible! I called to get a quote the lady that took the quote was so rude and acted like I was wasting her time, I asked for her name so I could speak to her when I dropped my car off, which by the way I had an appointment so I could wait, I figured since I made an appointment I would be in and out no worries, I go in and ask for Emily, she was in person like she was over the phone, rude and acts like dealing with paying customers is a bother to her... she would rather be doing her makeup and hair at her deak. Come to find out SHE IS THE MANAGER !!! This business really needs to get their employees in order and rethink their manager, because her skills at customer service and actual knowledge of time scheduling is horrible. I sat there in the nasty, smelly, dirty waiting area for 3 hours, 3 hours !! Why? Because she did not put in the order for the glass after I scheduled my appointment AND because of her lack of knowledge of what business she manages, did not know my glass was a 1 1/2 job. The guy, I wish I knew his name, was very nice and apologized on her behalf. How wrong is that? The managers shop people have to apologize for their managers lack of resposibility and duties. This company needs to rethink the people they have representing them in the office and on the phones.

I was told 2 and a half hours they took every minute of it to tell me they had a flaw on the window and that I would have to come back that following Monday. When I come to get my car it was in pieces laying in the back seat I said I can not have the
car this way they tell me another. I left this place and will never.be back rude inconsiderate people.
