Provided by YP.comAs a former Marine, I can tell you that the lady talking about her husband being arrested for theft while purchasing a 52" lcd is insane. She has extremely bad grammar, and is an obvious liar. In my 10 year career in the U.S. Marine Corps, I never... ever... saw a General grade officer younger than 45. If her husband really is 33... and IF he is really an officer... his age would put him around the rank of Major or Lt. Col. Possibly, Colonel if he had an accelerate promotion somewhere along the way.
Obviously... she is trying to justify herself for a reason. Her review carries no weight.
I have always had good experiences with this store, and though I am only a few miles from another Best Buy store, I always go to this one.

Provided by YP.comI purchased a projector from this store and within 6 months the projector went out. The company will not replace it even though the sales rep told me specifically that the warrenty would cover a replacement. I have been out of a t.v. for a month and a half and I am still being told a couple more weeks. This store is rediculous and it doesn't matter if you talk to corporate because all they will tell you is here is some gift cards. I plan to never enter another Best Buy again behind this experience.

Provided by YP.comme and my family went in to buy a 52 inch lcd tv we spent about 1 to 2 hours in the store trying to find the right tv we picked out one and went to the front of the store and purchased the tv by credit card. mind you it was about $1,200 spent and then we bought the warranty wich was another 350 or so. On the way out the door they tackled my husband and took him to the back somewhere and waited for the cops to come, when the cops finally showed up they walked my husband out in front of people in handcuffs very ebaressed my husband was, come to find out they had mistaken my husband for someone who had stole from the store a few months back, and my husband tried to show them his ID to let them know he just moved here from the last air force base he was stationed at for a whole 3 years and just came in to by a tv as a gift for welcome home, they did not care after bailing my husband out and going to numerous of court cases to have it finally thrown out due to the fact there was no way he could of stole from there store in oklahoma while stationed in Hawaii we are now suing the store and have reported this situation to 1-800-best-buy. This store is a horrble store and because of it we wont ever step into another best buy store no matter what state we are in my husband is a General in the Air force and after spending close to 2,000 dollars on a tv there at the store my husband is to old to try to steal whatever it was he was accused for they mistaked him for a 21 year old and my husband is 33 he looks young dont get me wrong but still there were other ways to handle the situation.

Provided by YP.comUnlike the previous review, my husband and I had a different experience at this Best Buy;mind you we have purchased products here before but this last time was different. We wanted to purchase a laptop computer but they did not have one at this particular store so, the manager said that he would pick one up for us at a different location 35 minutes away. We thought this was great and that he was going above and beyond but at the same time why sell something you don't have. The next day came noone called to tell us it had not arrived at the store and I drove 20 minutes to this store to pick my, all ready paid for, computer up and it was not there. Furthermore, we were told that this manager called in sick and someone else would pick it up the next day and call if it hadn't. The same thing happened and noone called and once again we had to wait for our computer. Finally, my husband had had enough and volunteered to go to the other location and pick it up himself since it seemed it would never get done. We were told that we would be taken care of becuase of the inconvience but were led on and nonne seemed to remember us when we dropped the computer back off at this store for the software to loaded. Make a long story a little longer, we felt the need to report this Best Buy to the 1-800 number and were reimbursed $125.00 for our mishap. Good luck.
