SInce Donna was brought in by Cairn the place has been a lot better. I'm impressed to see new homes coming in and older homes being remodeled by investors. The community is getting better and I'd recommend anyone who was looking for a family friendly place.

Don't move here. Sara& mike new managers very rude.

The park is an ok park minus the management. Sarah is rude. She is not willing to get to get to know any of the residents or get anything done. Her husband is another problem completely. He is a drunk that cant handle his liquor. He is racist, and sexist. He ran off all of his workers because of his mouth not even a temp agency will send people here to help maintain our yards and homes. We have took the step and contacted the lady in charge of hiring and firing the managers of our park but she has done nothing but made excuses for every single issue. A lady here was told her kids couldn't play in their own yard and house cause they are to loud and if it keeps happening they will be kicked out... im sorry but kids will be kids and they have no right to threaten that or treat some of our other residents that are gay the way they do. It doesn't matter what they do they pay like everyone else why treat them so rudely. If the owner were to know the truth about the managers they have here at bill's he wouldn't keep them in their positions
