Provided by YP.comI have nearly 40 years experience riding BMW and other brands of motorcycles. Without a doubt, the folks at BMW Motorcycles of Oklahoma is the best BMW dealership that I have ever done business with. Their knowledge of the product and their focus on customer satisfaction provides them with the basis of a great dealership. They are passionate for the product and provide the best service that I have ever experienced.
Mr. Lavallee, purchased a very poorly maintained ten year old BMW R1100S from a dealer in the North East - MAX BMW. The motorcycle had been abused and had some major issues when it was purchased; Transmission and engine issues. We repaired both issues and provided the vehicle back to Mr. Lavallee. After he rode the vehicle for more than a month, the R1100S developed a leak in the rear drive from a defective seal. He now blames us for the rear seal leaking. While we are sorry that Mr. Lavallee is not happy with his R1100S, he does have a 2 year warranty on any of the repairs that we completed. All of the work that we have done oh his R1100S have had no issues. We have offered to pick his motorcycle up for free and repair the leaking seal - he has refused.

Provided by YP.comMy 99 BMW R1100S has been at this shop for over a month. They did not fix it correctly the first time and now, since it is on them to pay for what they broke, it is just sitting in thier shop. Poor service.
