I researched my next Honda on the internet for hours, and Bob Howard had the most reasonable prices compared with the true market value. Then I called Bob Howard, and Mr. Casey Key answered. I told him the cars I was interested in and asked him to provide the three cars' history reports for me when I arrive on that day after work.



After work, I stopped in. He had the reports ready, and I test drove the car which I was most interested. He was super nice, no questions or grilling for information during our drive. He was respectful during the whole transaction. I usually deal with car salesman defensively, but after being with Mr. Key for twenty minutes, it was easy to let my guard down because he earned it.



Mr. Key and the manager negotiated the car based on facts of the car's worth. I did not feel like they were playing "mind games" with me.



I ended up with a great vehicle at a very satisfactory price. I am known with my friends and co-workers as tough-to- please, but I was so pleased with Bob Howard--- specifically Mr. Key--- that I want to share this experience with others.

I secret shop a lot and I went to Bob Howard Honda and the lady was really nice and knew her product. Even though I did not buy from her I still received a thank you for stopping in letter as well as a follow up call to make sure she had answered all of my questions while I was there. So I had a great experience. Misty took great care of me and told me she has a follow up program for every customer even just people that come in and browse. Just ask her about it when you go in to get your new car. She loves to be in a personal relationship with all of her customers as well as potential customers.
