Provided by YP.comI was quoted a price of $705 for tire replacement and alignment, replacement of the splash guard, and changing the air filter,which I approved. On 3/7, all work except for the splash guard was completed and I paid $626, which included the price of the splash guard which had to be ordered. The only thing left to pay was the labor for installing the part, estimated at $80. On 3/13 my husband returned to have the part installed. He was charged $284, bringing the total amount to $910. A 30% increase between the quoted and approved estimate, of which I was never informed or given the opportunity to consent or refuse.

Provided by YP.comDriving down to Dallas from KC, my car started jerking in OKC and brought it to Bob Howard to fix the issue 3/17/16. I informed management and service dept about the issue and they suggested to adjust valves and change spark plugs for $660. I gladly paid believing this will fix the problem and get me back home safe. I asked multiple times for the service department to really verify the fix and take it on the road. After getting on the highway for 30 minutes, the car started jerking on us again and eventually stopped accelerating. So basically, Bob Howard changed parts i did not need and did not resolve the issue I brought the car in for. I had to drop it off in Honda of Wichita and they quickly found the real issue with the MAP sensor and resolved it for free. Contacted Bob Howard about the issue and they gave me the run around for over a week and eventually said they wont do a thing. DO NOT SERVICE OR SHOP at BOB HONDA. They are thieves!

Recently, I was in the car market to buy a car. After much deliberating, I chose a make and model and went into Bob Howard Honda and made an offer. They countered and I countered back and they said sure they would agree on my counter offer. I went in the next day and test drove a car. When I went into their office, they came back with a totally different car on the paperwork, didn't mention that they had done a "switch-a-roo" until I mentioned it and then tried to go up on the price that we agreed on out the door. Wow! Really? Then, the head new manager, Jeff or Kelly Morgan(something like that-his name wasn't worth remembering) came to talk to me to "explain" that these extra fees were needed and he was "losing" money, blah, blah, blah. My response to him was simple. I told him I took time out of my day to come in and purchase a car based on the price that was PROMISED me over the phone and then not only do you try to sell me a cheaper model, but it's also at a higher price! Cheats and scoundrels. Like I said if you like to be cheated, then this dealership is for you!
