Terrible! I recently had some collision work done by Bob Howard Collision. During the repair they over sanded and messed up the paint on an adjacent part of the car (the hood). Upon inspecting the car I noticed the area that they had damaged with a grinder. They said they would fix it. Instead of painting the whole hood so as to ensure that it matched, they elected to take the cheap way out in fixing their own mistake and only re-touched it. Needless to say the matching job was sub-par at best with ripples in the clear coat. When I brought it up to the adjuster he simply said, "we didn't have to repaint the whole hood. We just had to fix the part that we messed up." Customer service through out was sub par and both times when picking up my car the adjuster didn't come out to meet me and ensure that I was happy with the work. I definitely won't take anything else back there and I now know why my insurance agency dropped them as preferred repair center.

It took 37 days for them to fix a 25 mile per hour collision on my Smart Car. The communication was terrible and there were 4 separate times they called to tell me they found one more broken part and we are going to have to place an order. They had to keep sending my car to the Mercedes dealership to work on and next time I will just take it there myself. They told me on the Tuesday before Memorial Day weekend it should only take a couple days and then never called me back before the weekend to tell me it wouldn t be ready. I don t understand how they didn t thoroughly examine the car after the first one more part so they wouldn t have to do it 3 more times. Oh and they said they would detail it before they gave it back, but my rims were still dirty and it didn t even look like they vacuumed the inside.
