I made a price deal on a new truck with the sales manager and we agreed to a price. The sales manager came out about 10 minutes later and said the general manager wouldn't let the truck go for that price. I stated we already made a deal and agreed to the price. I ended up paying about $900.00 dollars more for the truck. A deal may not always be a deal at this place. Where I come from when you shake hands and agree to a deal, then that is your word. It tells a lot about this place when they don't keep their word. They failed to tell me about hail damage on a new truck also, and so far they have not fixed it even though they said they would.

KYLE CHRISTIAN IS THE MAN. I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED, HE MADE IT HAPPEN NO B.S. NO HARD SELL. THEN THEY SHOPPED MULTIPLE FINANCE COMPANIES TO GET THE BEST RATE POSSIBLE. THE WHOLE CREW UP THERE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND A GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE. WHEN MY WIFE'S CHEVY CRAPS OUT, YOU CAN BET I'M GOING BACK TO KYLE.

I have nothing but great things to say about Bob Moore Ford. I have purchased two vehicles (2013 Ford Escape & 2015 4X4 F-150) from Kyle Christian at Bob Moore. He was absolutely wonderful. He listened to our needs and concerns and was able to get us in the vehicles we wanted and within our budget. He didn't BS us and was very straight forward with us from the get go. I will recommend Kyle Christian and Bob Moore Ford to all my family and friend. Kyle's dedication has made us customers for life!

Great dealership and had some beautiful cars. All were reasonably priced and in excellent condition. Kermit Denton was the nicest salesman and was very comfortable to talk with. 10/10 will recommend to other people.

Would not purchase anything from Bob Howard. Their parts department do NOT stand behind selling consumers defective parts. Also, parts department employees are very RUDE. Hung up on me when I was trying to ask questions. GO ELSEWHERE!

We recently bought a truck. Everything with the sale was good. Just recently had issues with the extended warranty we got. Went and we talked to Eric Gooddale the business office director, he listened to our issues and we want to say THANK YOU so much for not letting us walk out not satisfied with the issues we had. He took care of the problem and was very professional about it.

Oh and to add to this if you take your car to get serviced there they will give you a ride home or to work if it's going to take a while for your car to be ready. They even pick you up when your car is ready. I've never heard of anything like this before.. NOW that's really taking care of customers.

We purchased a 2015 Ford Escape SE on December 29, 2014. Justin Bowers was our sales person. He is a very nice, polite, knowledgeable and professional young man. I sent these fine girls photos of my 2008 Lincoln Mark LT 4WD pickup to trade in on a 2011 Ford Platinum 4WD truck. They were easy to work with, quick with answers, very friendly, and they were super fair on my trade in.



I flew to Oklahoma City the next day, Krystal Marazzi picked me up at Will Roger Airport, took me to the dealership to see the Platinum. We worked a trade deal in about 20 minutes, and she then drove me back to the airport as I had to fly top Montana. Wen I came back the next week they agreed to meet me halfway between Tulsa & Oklahoma City on the turnpike, we made the swap, and I am a happy customer!
