poor managment

While waiting in line to purchase my ice cream the cashier was speaking with a friend over the other side of the counter along with her co-worker. my sister said excuse me can we pay for this and the employee said yes we are helping someone else and my sister said no you are talking to your friend i just want to pay fo this. when i asked yo speak to the manager with my disbelieve i was told she was the manager and her along with the other empolyee became very rude and unprofessional. we left with out paying for nothing. i found out later she had only been working there for 3 months and was made the manager only becuase they need one so bad and she had been there the longest. good news she no longer works there. Maybe braums should take management position more Serious and have better training
