Provided by YPmobileWe had a party of 8 and when we received our food, 2 people had ordered medium-rare steaks but they were clearly medium well to well done. When they sent the meat back a manager came over and tried to convince them that medium rare was not supposed to have pink in the middle and they were cooked properly but reluctantly went to have them made again. The new steaks out and were almost purple in the middle and cold like they had been in a refrigerator. One in our party asked to speak with the food and beverage manager,Tony. Tony tried to convince him that we did not know how steak was supposed to be prepared and began pointing and shaking his finger at this point our friend told him he was full of sh** and was not trying to solve the problem. It was at this time that Tony began cursing him in front of customers as they were returning to our table. He snatched the steaks and disappeared. It was at this time when my wife began tweeting about the horrible way we were being treated. Tony returned 10 minutes later and threw the check on the table and told us we needed to pay our tab and leave or we would be removed from the restaurant. I told Tony that we were receiving bad treatment and they were not trying to solve the problem. He snapped back at me and said " oh yea, it's because I'm full of sh**. And you can tweet about that too if you want" he said this while standing 2 tables away that were both occupied. Then we reviewed the bill and they were trying to charge us for the steaks. We finally had the charge removed by yet another manager. At no time did anyone apologize through the whole ordeal. When we were leaving, we overhead Tony cursing in a loud voice while talking at a table full of managers within earshot of other guests. Our servers were great so not all was bad. Tony is a poor manager and should be terminated before he costs the company more money. I will be reviewing this restaurant everywhere possible so others don't go through what we did.
