I called on a Friday and the receptionist said I should "call back at 2 to see how they were doin' with all the stuff they had goin' on." Very unprofessional.



She had told me they had a good number of senior students on hand, but my guess is this person would rather cut class, visit with her friends, or whatever rather than perform the services she is being trained to earn her living. All I can say to her is, "Good luck with your attitude" and to CCCC owners, "Train your people better but, by all means, monitor them, also." You won't be hearing from me again because I want my hair done.
