Terrible. I've had to take my car back twice and they still leave things not fixed. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

Took my spoiler in for repair and paint which was referred by Fenton Nissan, since Fenton doesnt perform any body repair. The owner "James" quoted me $500, and it would take about 3 days to finish, a little expensive. But i went ahead and did it , because the place looks very professional and well greeted by your last name. It wasnt until two weeks later til i received a call that it was done. When i inspect the spoiler, it wasnt finished, one side wasnt sand down and buff, so it felf bumpy if run fingers across the surface, and there were still cracks in it, which they didnt fix, so i told the Mexican who i met in the back shop to redo it, i dont think they understood half what i said. I came back the next day and the cracks were still there. At this time i'm very upset and told the owner "James" that i wasnt happy with the service, and i want the cracks fix, at this time i was in the back of shop , and Mr . James ask his worker to use silicon to fill the cracks. He continued to insist that he would do his best. When i arrived one week later when i went to pick up the spoiler, it wasnt sanded down and the surface was rough with silicon gel. He told me that's all he can do. These guys are nothing more than con artist. I felt like he lied to me from day one. Please stay away from this place. Place has recently been reported to BBB , still they haven't respond ( Comlaint Case # 16036647. )

I took my car here after someone hit me. It was done through the person at faults insurance who to say the least,was not rushing the paperwork in order for the repair shop to get paid. I called Mr. light the owner and told him my concerns. He had the paperwork submitted several times and really tried to get the insurance co on the move for me. The repairs were done quickly and correctly. My car looks great and they detailed the inside in addition at no cost. They are the best repair shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, if my Nissan cube needs any work in the future, I will be going back to Mr. light and his wonderful staff!!!

After taking a couple of vehicles here i have learned that not only is the work very very sub-par, but that they also are not honest. I would not take another vehicle here and would stay away.

I recently had a vehicle repaired at Collision Tech on NW Expressway and they gave me an estimate stating that my vehicle would cost roughly $5000 to be repaired. They also told me that it would take them 2 weeks to finish the repair work. When things were all said and done, it had taken them 4 weeks to repair my vehicle and cost me an additional $2000 above the estimate that they gave me. Instead of shelling out $5000, I had to shell out $7000. I would not reccomend this shop to anyone! They're shady, dishonest, and will take you for your money....

Collision Tech superseded my expectations when it came to repairing my vehicle. They handled all aspects of the process from the time that i came in for an estimate until the time that I picked it up. James did an amazing job at communication and customer service throughout the process with me. I definitely recommend this shop and will be returning for all my collision repair needs.
