My name is amanda h. I have been trying to cancel my renters, car insurance and life insurance policy since March 24, 2014. I have emailed...faxed....and called over 50 times since then. After being told NUMEROUS times that everything was cancelled. They needed a signed paper for cancelling the life policy. Wrote one up faxed it to them. Also wrote for a confirmation call so I knew they received it. Never got a call. I kept calling them over and over no one would ever pick up. Carlos labradors wife finally called me a week later saying she needed my husbands signature of the paper. I got him to sign it and I emailed and faxed the paper to her. Once again asking for a confirmation call...never got it. I called numerous times again FINALLY GOT THROUGH. She stated that she received the emailand the life policy was cancelled. Today april 16 2014 I find out it still isn't cancelled. Oh and my bill was automatically drafted the 28th of every monyh, I specifically asked if it was cancelled so I wouldn't be billed. I was billled. I called the 2nd of april to get my money refunded....still no refund. So beware before you use these people. They will rip you off.
