Attended three events at the center, two basketball games and a show, and had no problem sitting down in the top rows. I am over 6'2" tall and weigh around 300lbs and I could sit comfortably enough, even though my knees were against the seat in front of me. The seating is enough that the person in front of you does not obstruct your view, even if they are standing and you are still sitting. People are courteous enough when they have to pass by you, so there is no worry about anything malicious or perverted when they tryo to pass by. In other words, maybe you should actually stand up and help them to pass by instead of being a jerk and staying in your seat. That way you would not have to worry about anyone rubbing up against your companion.
