Had issues getting a table when the place was not busy when we walked in. Had a party of 5 adults and 4 kids. Told us 15 min wait. 30 mins later, was told it would be another 20 mins. They wouldn't combine tables to serve us. Telling us over and over they only had one table to place us. They seated 8 family's of four before us. 3 greeters at the door just standing around. Holding down the desk they were standing at. If your gonna make us wait on the one big table. Maybe you should have offered us drinks. Manager didn't seem to care. We left went down the road to Texas road house was seated I'm 10 mins. Had our food 20 mins after that. Went to chili's website made a complaint and got no response. No wonder the service is bad. They know there corp office doesn't care about the experience of a party of 9. Road house did.

Food was pretty good but the service was terrible. Waited forever for new drinks took too long for food and very messy table. Not impressed.

We enjoy the food and the service.

Everything from hamburgers to bbq and ice cold drinks. Sometimes it's loud in there but it's always good food.

Great food and beer!
