I have had food delivered from this restaurant several times, and in recent months I've noticed that the quality of the food has been going consistently downhill. But my experience tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. One of the items I ordered was the Pu Pu Platter appetizer. According to the menu, it was supposed to include 6 pieces of sweet & sour chicken, 2 chicken stick, 2 crab rangoon, 2 egg rolls, 2 jumbo shrimp, 4 fried scallops and 2 chicken wings. When my order arrived, it contained NO scallops, crab rangoon or chicken wings Instead, I got a couple of extra pieces of sweet & sour chicken ... hardly an adequate substitute for the missing items. When I called the restaurant to complain, their excuse was that the printer had made a mistake on the menu. I pointed it that it was then their responsibility to do one of two things ... either return the faulty menus to the printer to be corrected, or at least explain to customers ordering that item that the menu is incorrect and tell them what they will actually be getting ... neither of which they did. The only resolution the manager was willing to offer me was, "If you give me back the food, I'll give you back your money." Of course I couldn't do this since I had already eaten most of my order before it dawned on me how many items were missing. I will NEVER order from them again!!

Good food, cheap and hot. Add DELIVERY and it's hard to beat. A+ for what it is.
