Provided by YP.comDo you think $30 + is a bit steep to charge for wrapping a package for shipping without advising the customer? $13.50 for Peanuts, 9.60 for bubble wrap, 6.00 for a box? Ebay estimated $37 for shipping and it cost me $111.00

Provided by YP.comI was not impressed at all. 2 of the employees were bickering back and forth, the other ones there cannot speak english. The phones ring off the hook, the place is dirty and smells. The mailing prices are very expensive. Do not attempt to get a drivers license here, the people do not know how to functionally work the station and you will get your address printed wrong. This place has gone downhill !! DO NOT GO !!!!
Thank you for your review. I apologize for the experience you had at our agency. I would like to address your concerns one at a time. As to the employees that were bickering I can only apologize. Our staff works hard under what is sometimes very stressful conditions and I know each of them strives to take care of our customers in a quick and pleasant manner. As to your second point, every staff member speaks fluent english and some also speak a second language which is very helpful sometimes. As to the phones ringing that is just part of our duty to help those that are present at the office and those who call in for information. Regarding the smell and cleanliness we have our office professionally cleaned every weekend and clean it ourselves nightly. As to our mailing prices, they are actually less expenive than most UPS stores... Finally regarding driver license issuance, your visit was right after the new system was installed at our location and unfortunately it was up and down those first several days. I apologize for your experience that but can assure you that issue has been resolved. I do hope you will try us again in the future.
