I dropped my ceramic watch and...

I dropped my ceramic watch and the hour hand had stopped working. I took it to many jewelers and watch shops, all either wanted to send it off or replace the entire mechanics of the watch rather than opening it up and seeing if it could be fixed, I was looking at $60 down the drain and 4 weeks with a naked wrist.

The shop is tucked into a corner of a shopping center, it's hard to find but worth looking for. I had to wait a while, but that is because when he is working with his customers they have his undivided attention. When he got to my watch, he actually opened it up to take a look right there on the spot. He spent a good 20-30 minutes on my watch, got it working like new, cleaned it up, got it back to me the same day, and only charged me $5.

If you're in a rush you might want to wait for another day, but the quality of service here outweighs that issue for me. Clifton's now has my business for life!

The absolute best place to take a watch

I accidentally broke the crystal on my new watch and I was so disappointed. My husband took the watch to CNS and was told it would take 3 weeks and would cost $54 and the man working was very rude. So I searched online and found Clifton's. We took the watch in and instead of making us wait until after Christmas, he fixed the watch on the spot! Not only that but it was $27 and he is super friendly. Thank you, Clifton for making my day!

Beyond Great

Great service!!! Took my watch to CNS in Penn Square and was quoted $150 to service...not repair...service my watch and determine from there what was wrong with it. I had a hunch that this place was going to be good, so I took my watch to Clifton's and within a few minutes he determined the problem was a damaged coil. He quoted me $25 to replace the coil plus a new battery. Came back a few hours later and he said he was able to repair the damaged coil, and including the battery, my bill was $12. I couldn't believe it. I am so happy I found this place. CNS was my go to watch place. Not anymore. Clifton's is the new family watch repair clinic. Thank you!!!!

Clifton's saved me $50 on my Citizen Aqualand battery! He changed my batteries and water tested my watch while I waited for one third of what a Citizen service center would have charged! Thanks Clifton! You can service all of our household's watches from now on.
