After begin very late for our original appointment and then providing very poor quality braiding, Coco agreed to fix braids that were coming undone and scheduled another appointment a week later, only to cancel the appointment a few a hours before due to some sort of emergency and has not been able to reschedule leaving me to have to find and pay someone else to redo her horrible work. Refusing to answer calls or text messages. Very unprofessional.

After showing up over an hour and a half late for my daughter's hair appointment she provided poor quality and the braid began to unravel and slip out after only a day and a half leaving my 15 year old in tears. This is a great disappointment.
