The nicest, newly renovated apartments are an awesome place to live. The management was rocky in 2016, but they have hired new people and it is great!! Love The Cottages.

I love my apt. I had a few maintenance issues in the past that took a week to get done. It finally got fixed! I love the new office staff they are very friendly and professional. The grounds are the cleanest that they have ever been.

I had the best experience here. The apartments are newly renovated with new vinyl floors, new appliances, and is very clean. The management staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is there within minutes of me calling them. It is very easy to feel at home in a place like this.

The complex is good. Its quiet and I haven't had any problems out of neighbors or management. Any maintenance issues I requested were always fixed in a timely manner. I've been here over a year and haven't seen any bugs or anything. The gates don't work.. but I'm fine with that, they just hold up traffic anyway. I would recommend this place to family or friends.

We moved in back in May and haven't had any issues! For the most part it is very quiet and I do actually feel safe despite what others might say about the area. I love the granite countertops, wood flooring and the black appliances. Also, the staff is very friendly and always helps and or listens when I have a question or concern, sally and jasmine are awesome! I would definitely recommend.

Just moved in today 12/23. Place looked nice and well kept. Leasing office was helpful and polite. Apartment did have stain on floor that may or may not be fixed... Other then that no issues. Overall good experience.

This is by far the best place I have lived for the price that I pay. I have lived in a variety of apartments throughout okc and moore. I have paid anywhere from 600 to 1000 from everything that my apartment has. This has been the nicest for what I pay. I love living here at the cottages. Because of the newly remolded apartments its nice to actually have grantie counter tops,wood floors and all matching appliances. Anytime I have had any issues maintenance responds quickly . I love going into the office because they are always friendly with smiles on their face ready to help and sometimes have refreshments while your waiting. I enjoy all the resident events that they do its glad to know I am appreciated as a resident.
