Dagwell Dixie has very knowledgeable staff. The customer service is fantastic! I went to them for a very small hard-to-find part, when they didn’t have it in stock, they called around the city—without my asking—to locate the part for me. The salesperson returned with the name and location of another provider in the city who did have the part. It is rare to find a business that goes out of their way to help the customer, even if it sends the customer to a competitor. I will give Dagwell Dixie all of my business in the future.
