I've needed to get my ring resized and it was ready the same day i dropped it off. They have been very kind and professional. We got a beautiful ring and a better quality center stone for our money! My fiance and I really appreciate them and their business!
We definitely do not regret our decision to buy with direct diamonds. We also bought my fiance's ring from them.. he requested an additional design that was not on the original ring.. OF COURSE direct diamonds was able to do it!
Our jewelers definitely are amazing! They helped to put more emphasis and meaning to our rings!
