Brent Ferris is a great counselor!! However, there is one woman there named Cindy, that does various things around the office, answers phone on occasion, makes appointment reminder calls, etc; that is very short and rude every time I talk to her. It doesn’t even matter what it’s about. She ALWAYS sounds or acts (in person) annoyed and put out. So much so that I’m no longer comfortable when I go there. I understand I It was a one time thing, everybody has bad days. Maybe she’s a hard worker, but she shouldn’t interact with the public. She doesn’t set a good example for a Christian counseling center.
