Provided by YP.comI had a nice meeting with the tech very helpful answered all the questions I had and help fit me into my new machine and mask. I bought my machine insurance was no help but they worked with me that also.

Provided by YP.comI think this company is a ripoff artist that borders on committing insurance fraud. Got a cpap machine, and they were nice enough. They bill my insurance for 10 months for a machine "rental" that my insurance requires. All the while they're billing for a machine, and a humidifier that is not separate (completely built into the machine), but they claim that this is the way it's supposed to be done. All is well to this point. But then after about 8 months with this arrangement, they send me bills for my "co-payment" dating back to day 1. OK, so I'm not happy for getting a bunch of back-dated bills, but if I owe it, I owe it. I pay the bills, even though they have already collected around $2000 in total from insurance company. Then we switch insurance companies, and they bill the new company (Blue Cross who prefers a purchase) the ENTIRE AMOUNT for the machine (over $4,000) and around $1500 for the "humidifier" that once again, was never separate. Insurance pays their "contract price" for the machine, and apparently won't pay the bill on the humidifier (probably b/c of the fact that it's not a "separate unit") Now, after they've collected on the rental for close to a year, collected the purchase price from the new insurance company, they bill me the remaining "humidifier" price. I won't deal with them again, and would like everyone to know what type of "collections" they employ. When you question them on billing, they start sending you threatening demand letters that your account is going to collections etc. RIPOFF ARTISTS!

Provided by YP.comWe received in the mail electrodes and a battery for a tens unit, a tens unit I have not had for 2 months. The letter sent
stated "Enclosed is one months supply for your TENS unit. We will ship monthly and file with your insurance that we currently have on file. You will be responsible for any coinsurance and deductable. If you do not wish to receive the monthly supplies by automatic shipment, please call our office at 639-3364 and we will gladly take you off the automatic shipment." Several things are wrong here:
1, A phone number without an area code.
2. No permission from me to send them.
When I did finally find a correct number for Echelon Medical on the internet I called them and complained. They did say they would take care of the problem. In my opinion there never should have been a problem in the first place.
