Billing department is one of the worse I have experienced. They deny to provide information. Explaination HEPA. I said, I will get the autåhorization from the patient by conferencing the patient on phone and they said they cant wait on phone.

I told the lady that if they want to resolve the issue and get paid, they need to work with me and help me so that I can sort out the insurance. I have no issues getting authorization from the patient.

I have called 4 times just to clarify why I'm getting bills in-spite of insurance paying them.
