Extremely disappointed in this institution. I would never dream of leaving my growing children in the hands of of such tactless, discouraging, careless educators that have no sensitivity to a child's individual needs. No child should hear that they aren't worth fighting for. No educator should embarrass a toddler in front of all of their friends when he/she doesn't have the brain capacity to know what they did wrong. Everyone, especially young minds, deserves to feel safe, loved, cared for, and encouraged in all aspects of their life and Erna Krouch does NOT do that. Pathetic. ONE STAR.
