Provided by YP.comFalco, has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I was broken into, the alarm did not go off. When police arrived it did go off. Been trying to get someone on the phone for an explanation for 2 days. I have left 4 different messages and no response. I will never use this company again!!

Provided by YP.comI have had an account for my business with Falco for a few years now. The first alarm company I employed were not very business friendly. Falco came in, changed over my alarm system and has always given us wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Falco to anyone opening a business.
