Provided by YP.comI took my truck in for new tires. They gave me a quote to match the tires I had on the truck but also asked what type of driving I do most. When I said mainly highway miles they suggested a different tire that was actually less expensive but would handle better and even improve my mpg. They were right! I'm getting almost 2 mpg better with these new tires. I appreciated them looking out for my best interest over making a more expensive sale. Since then I've taken my daughters car in for tires. Got the same great service.

Provided by YP.comCan't say enough good about the service we received. We were driving across country with a trailer and had gotten one flat tire and another was damaged. Found this tire place right off I-40 and called as we were traveling their way. They ordered the tires and had them within 45 minutes. We showed up shortly after and were in and out within 35 minutes. The price was the best of any place we had called ... and I mean a price of over $150 better. I would recommend Freddie's to anyone in the area or passing through.

Provided by YP.comWe pulled in with a nail in our tire, and going flat. Being from out of town, you just never know how you're going to be treated.
They got to it in about 5 minutes, and when they pulled our vehicle up to the front door, the man should smiled, told us to have a great day, and no charge!
I highly recommend this business to anyone. They were all very friendly, and I feel like they are the kind of people who will try to treat you right.

Provided by YPmobileI went in there to get 2 new tires for my truck. Just regular tires. They charged me $484!! I look at them and see they left my rims covered in grease! My whole family goes here to get new tires and I called every one of them about my high price and the grease left on my rims. They all said they would never be back and they lost the family business. I will NEVER be back!
@kaylab09 First allow me to say thankyou for your intial buisness and feedback and we regret hearing that you were not 100% satisfied with our service. Upon reviewing your intial invoice we noticed we had put on two premium Bridgestone tires which in turn have a premium price and we apologize if there was any confusion on the pricing of the tires from the start. We did notice you returned the tires the same day and we put on a less expensive pair of Goodyears and refunded you the difference of $144. Again we apologize if there was any confusion on pricing as we strive to be as upfront as possible. The grease on the wheels is puzzling to us and the only conclusion we can come to is that it was actually our tire mounting compound that is applied before mounting the tire. It ensures a smooth installation and reduces damage to your wheel and tire. If there was any left over residue I am sorry for that and it should have been wiped off as is our normal install procedue. In hopes of this not happening in the future we have reviewed this with all tire techs and salesmans. Thankyou again for your feedback.

Provided by SuperpagesThere are several services included in the price of the tire. You might call Discount and get a quote but they add many more fees before you check out. Make sure when you call around for price quotes to get the final price and everything included (mount and balance) and what warrenty it comes with. Freddies is right by the fair grounds, super clean and professional. They have the best prices!

Provided by YP.comHaving had quite a bit of work done at Freddies, I thought was happy with their work, until: My truck was stranded on the side of the road, miles from any town, with 2 flat rear duals(same side), the result of failed valve stems. I had the vehicle towed home. When I bought the tires, I asked for load range F. They installed load range E, (which is what they charged me for). When I called Chris, he said that they had load range F tires in stock in my size. (I was going to just buy a complete set of 6 heavier tires, though these only had about 15k miles on them, and move the remaining 4 to another truck.) After driving 53 miles 1 way, Chris then said that there was no F in a 16" tire (I beg to differ, I have 2 other trucks with them), and hat the tires I had bought from them had no warranty because I had not purchased it separately. All of their advertizing says that it comes with mount, balance, rotation, and road hazzard included for the life of the tire. I paid the $392 for the new tires, had a mobile repair service mount them. I now have to take them somewhere else for balancing, because Freddie's advertizing is false, and I will not pay them another dime for tires that have no warranty.

Provided by SuperpagesMy Husband and I both take our vehicles to Freddie's for tires and he has his brakes done there for his trucks. They usually get them done pretty quick, but if they are doing it while you wait, you might want to take a book with you, because they have a lounge, but there isn't much to do within walking distance!

Provided by YP.comThey've been in buisness since the 60's for a reason! I've been a customer since as long as I can remember and can not once rembember a bad experience. Whether it's just a minor flat repair, new set of tires, having brakes put on, alignment, whatever they get it done quickly but more importantly they get it done right! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Provided by YP.comI took my truck to them to have tires and brakes done and the day after having the work done I came off the interstate and the brake pedal went to the floor. I called them and they just said "OH bring it in tomorrow and we will fix it again" not how are you or do you need to be towed in?
I drove the truck into the shop the next morning early, not to have to use the brakes much and no one really seemed to care, they put a new caliper on and said ok your ready to go again.
poor customer relations and where do you think I will take it next time or where won't I take it.
